We’re so happy to see you again!

In order to keep everyone safe we are implementing new guidelines, please read them carefully!

Paperless charting

We will be switching to online paperless charting. This means we will need to have EVERYONE fill out a new online health history intake form BEFORE you arrive for your next appointment. Please keep an eye our for a special email with a link to the form. These will be sent out as your appointments are scheduled. One form covers you for all services you will receive with us.

Social distancing

Since the threat of the coronavirus is still a concern, we will be practicing social distancing procedures where possible. The best way for us to operate will be as follows until further notice:

  1. Only the client receiving treatment will be allowed in the spa.

  2. Please keep your personal belongings to a minimum.

  3. Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and text us your full name and appointment time. When your therapist is ready they will either text you or come and get you from your vehicle.

  4. At the door we will provide a quick temperature check to ensure there is no elevated risk.

  5. You will be asked to either wash or sanitize your hands.

  6. After your service, we ask that your payment method (card preferred) is ready once you come out.

  7. All future appointments must be scheduled online, at your convenience. This will help reduce time spent in the lobby and common areas.

Schedule changes

Please be aware that your therapist’s schedule may be different or they may not be available to work at this time due to being in the high risk category, family concerns, or childcare. We sincerely appreciate your patience with us!

Sanitation

We have upgraded our spa to be more efficient during these difficult times. Everything non essential has been removed from the lobby and rooms. We have also added new face cradles covers and massage table covers required for covid-19.

All therapists have been trained in our updated sanitation regimen. As always, clean linens are used for every client. The treatment rooms, front desk area, and bathroom will be disinfected between each client. Therapists will wear masks during your session and will have mandatory temperature checks prior to their shift. While we are not requiring clients to wear masks, we highly suggest you do so for the added protection. All therapists adhere to strict hand washing protocols and follow the CDC's guidelines. They will also be required to wear clean aprons or shirts for each service.

Pricing

Due to these changes, cleaning protocols, and elevated risk, we will be raising our prices. We hope everyone understands that we are still offering competitive prices with what we believe are the best services around. We hope you agree. We appreciate your continued support and the love you all have sent us during the shutdown.

We look forward to the rest of 2020 and serving you and the Fort Mill area!

Stay safe and healthy,

Your Sanctuary Family
